Groups
In addedValues, a group is a name for a collection of addedValues entities - variables, reports, forms, queries, updaters, triggers and timed tasks. You use that name when dealing with whole set , for example when importing and exporting a group, or to view only the relevant variables when dealing with the other components of an addedValues web application. Group names are defined on the Groups page. The group dropdown menu allows you to assign a variable to a group or to leave it outside all groups - that is ungrouped.
