b255 - a new builtin, messageBestUrl, takes a message number in the websites discussion group range and returns the "best" url to that message. Bets means in order of preferences, a site structure path if it exists, the home page url is the message is a home page, a storyreader url if the message is a story, a picture url if the message is a picture, and a msgreader url if none apply.
