Display AND/OR menu?

b167 - a new option for Indexed Search forms - Display AND/OR menu? - is now enabled. If set each element in the search form, except the first that was added to the form, will be prefixed with a menu of boolean operators. By default the various fields in a search are combined in an AND operation, the menus offer AND, OR and XOR.
