b303 - a new sort Variant - Predefines Order - returns hits in the order the value of the sorted Variable appears in its list of Predefined Values. Since you control the order of the predefined values , you now have a way to control the order of presentation of hits. The sort by Variable must a) not be a row placeholder, b) not have Value Must Be of global or Hierarchical path c) have some predefined values and d) have its option, Predefined values only, set. It does not need to be a string value
