Namespace URI

One of the uses of variables is to place metadata values into the head section of pages with the META tags, see Special Uses. One popular scheme of meta variables is called Dublin Core, which addedValues supports. Part of the Dublin Core requires a documentation link to the meta variables and namespace is the property that stores that value. This variable property is of little interest otherwise.
